McDonald’s Lawn and Landscaping

1. Agreement to Services

By accepting an estimate, approving a proposal, or allowing McDonald’s Lawn and Landscaping (“Company,” “we,” “us”) to perform services, the customer (“Client”) agrees to the terms outlined below.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Lawn mowing

  • Fertilization & weed control

  • Aeration & overseeding

  • Landscaping & mulch installation

  • Seasonal cleanups

  • Property maintenance services


2. Billing & Payment Terms

Automated Billing

For recurring services, the Client agrees to maintain a valid payment method on file. Charges are processed on the same day services are completed unless otherwise stated in writing.

12-Month Billing Programs

If enrolled in a 12-month plan:

  • Services may occur seasonally.

  • Payments are divided evenly across 12 months for billing consistency.

  • Cancellation before completion of annual services may result in a reconciliation balance.

Payment Due Dates

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may result in:

  • Service suspension

  • Late fees

  • Removal from schedule


3. Service Conditions

Client agrees to:

  • Provide clear access to service areas.

  • Remove pet waste, toys, debris, and obstacles prior to arrival.

  • Secure pets during service.

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage to unmarked sprinkler heads, invisible fences, landscape lighting, or hidden objects.

  • Pre-existing lawn or landscape conditions.

  • Turf damage caused by drought, fungus, insects, disease, or improper irrigation.


4. Weather Delays

Service schedules may shift due to weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule services to protect turf health and ensure quality results.


5. Property Damage

Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service. We will inspect and address verified service-related damage promptly.


6. Cancellation Policy

Recurring services require written notice to cancel.

If enrolled in an annual program:

  • The Client is responsible for payment of services already performed.

  • Early termination may require reconciliation of discounted pricing.


7. Limitation of Liability

McDonald’s Lawn and Landscaping shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.


8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
